"As I approached 30 I wanted to get into shape. I had been in shape when I was younger and I wanted to get back to that. However because of the time work took up and having an on-the-go job, I struggled with motivation with food and the time to train. After speaking with Jai he made me look at training in a different way, showed me where I had time and put in exercise I enjoyed. He made me realise the impact exercise will have on all the areas in my life that I held dearly. This boosted my motivation and the weekly check-ins helped my discipline massively. Even with holidays planned, I was able to stay on track and hit my goal. With the training and gradual changes to my diet & lifestyle, I managed to drop 20kg! Since then I've kept the weight off because of the education & skills Jai taught me along the way."

"I did online coaching with Jai at JB Coaching. I had tried loads of different diets such as low carb, keto and many others but none of them ever worked like I wanted them to. As an Indian, they never took into account what my diet is really like. Jai helped me make really small changes to my lifestyle and food habits, and I saw the weight start falling off and my muscles tone up. The training was really fun too, I learnt to drop the little weights and actually start to push myself like I should, and it paid off! I had trained with Personal Trainers before but none that could coach to the level of Jai. I couldn't recommend him more."

"Before Jai crash dieting was my go to. Through Jai's coaching we realised that I had an unhealthy relationship with food, and this wasn't a sustainable way to live or for me to reach my goals. I had such a fear of the gym and was massively out of my comfort zone. Jai was so supportive in the gym and always listens to what I have to say. He's helped me reach my short-term goal, but has massively improved my confidence in myself and in the gym. I'm now able to wear the clothes I want, and can keep training myself because I now know how to! Not only has my body changed but my posture, energy and well-being improves daily. Jai is always there for me when I have a wobbly and always adapts things so that they are realistic in your life!"

"This is the best shape I have ever been in, in my life. I had been a regular at the gym for a while but never really knew exactly what to be doing. I was always busy during the day because of work and found I would snack without even realising. I would then binge on weekends just because of how boring my week was. Jai's commitment to me and my life helped my discipline a lot and the training was brilliant. We made tweaks to training which made it so much more enjoyable, although it was his lifestyle guidance that really took it to the next level. "Having played football a lot in my life I always kept myself fit, however due to work commitments this began to slow down. I felt my body started to change, and that alongside not much exercise impacted how I was feeling in myself. Although being in the gym previously, training with Jai showed me that there was a lot more to learn which I'm grateful for and now know! He showed me new ways to training that were safer and better suited for my body which lead to me seeing results quick. This improved my confidence in the gym, my strength, my muscle and my well-being. As I started to build muscle, Jai explained how important nutrition was in this process which wasn't something I knew before. He is full of knowledge and is always willing to help with it. We've reached our first goal of putting on some muscle mass and now look to push towards my other goals."

"I started online with Jai in November and in just 4 weeks I lost 4 and half Kilograms! I was really active before but now I work a desk job which impacted me and lead me to putting on a load of weight. Jai provided us with a nutritional breakdown and I've been enjoying my food. I'm making healthier choices but still get to enjoy my food and weekends. The sessions have been incredible, a great workout but also a lot of fun. I'm learning a lot and I'm looking forward to being able to get into shape and keep it off."

"Coaching online with Jai has given me a massive boost in confidence. When I first approached him, I was feeling quite low. Having previously trained regularly but letting that slip due to work commitments, I wasn't happy with how I looked and I had a holiday fast approaching. I was working with another coach in the city but wasn't seeing the results and wasn't understanding why.

Jai explained and showed me the importance of things like my training intensity, hitting the right muscles and most importantly the food I was eating to get the result I wanted. I realised due to work, I wasn't eating enough to gain muscle, and the foods I were eating were not the right foods for my goal. He gave me the best possible nutritional guidance for food on the go and for someone like me who travelled this was perfect. In just 8 weeks I managed to feel a lot more confident in how I looked and was well prepared to take my shirt off happily on holiday, and I can't wait to see what we continue to achieve."

"I came across Jai on Facebook after seeing a post with before and after images on and I thought “wow” what amazing results. I want to be that person. All my life I have had issues with my weight through various reasons from hormones, medication, self esteem and general life. I felt like I needed the help and support from someone but had come across numerous PT’s to which I never really had a connection with. 

As soon as I contacted Jai, I immediately felt like he cared even from our first message. I explained I wanted to lose weight, tone up and have sustainable results.
